Create, edit or delete user group

This section describes how you can create, edit or delete a user group.

Create new user group

To create a new user group, perform the following steps:

  1. Click on the New button. A popup will appear.
  2. Give a name to the new group.
  3. Choose the users to be part of the group. Use the filter to go through the user list faster. Click on the  button to add the user to the selected list.
  4. Choose the KBAs to be part of the group. Use the filter to go through the kba list faster. Click on the button to add the kba to the selected list.
  5. Click Submit to save the group.

Only restricted KBAs can be chosen in the user group. KBAs that have been set to public are not visible.

Edit user group

To edit a user group, click on the  button. A popup will appear where you can change the settings.

Change users

To change the users:

  1. Click on the  button to add a new  user to the selected list.
  2. Click on the  button to remove a user from the selected list.
  3. Submit the changes

Change KBA's

To modify the KBA's assigned to a group:

  1. Click on the  button to add a new  KBA to the selected list.
  2. Click on the  button to remove a KBA from the selected list.
  3. Submit the changes

Delete user group

To delete a user group, click on the  button. A popup will appear where you are asked if you are sure to delete the user group. Click on Delete to delete the user group.
