Create, edit or delete KBA

This section describes how you can create, edit or delete a KBA.

Create KBA

To create a new kba, perform the following actions in the overview screen:

  1. Click on the new button. A popup screen will open.
  2. Fill in the name of the new KBA.
  3. Choose a process KB by uploading a file or choose from an existing kb.
  4. Click on the submit button.

You can now see the KBA in the list. Users can start to consult this KBA.

Edit KBA

To edit a kba, click on the button of the specific KBA. When clicked, you will see a popup appear with the settings of the KBA.

 

After editing the settings, click Done to save the changes.

To change the setting of a KBA, visit the xxx page

Delete KBA

You can delete a KBA from the list. This means that the link to the consultation would not work anymore.

To delete a KBA, click on the button of the specific KBA. When clicked, a conformation popup appears to ask if you are sure to delete the KBA. Click on Yes to delete the KBA.
