Consultation status

In the consultation status page you see an overview of all the current user sessions. This includes both logged in users and anonymous users.

View consultation

When clicking on the view consultation of a user, you will see a list of consultations that the user has started. You can close the consultation of a user by clicking the close button.

Delete session

It's possible for a KBA admin to delete a user's session. By clicking on the Delete session button the user is forced to login again.
