Navigating the consultation
When you have started a consultation you will see the first question(s) in the middle of the screen.
Next question
When the right information is entered in the input field(s), you can click on the next button. You will go to the next question(s).
Fast forward
You have the possibility to skip questions that are not mandatory to have a value. When clicking the fast forward button you will go to the next mandatory question.
Go back one question
It is possible that you want to change the previous answer. By clicking the back button you navigate back to the previous question.
When changing the answer to a question the path of the consultation can change. This means that new questions could appear.
Change an answer
To change an answer, click on the multiple back button. You will see a icon before every question you have filled in. Click on the icon of the question you want to change. You will now see that the question is shown on the screen where you can change the answer. After changing the value, the next question will appear. This can be a question you have already answered before, with your previously given answer prefilled, or a new question due to a change in paths.
