Authentication

Every server has its own type of security settings which decides whether or not you should login to the system. When the security is disabled, you don't have to login and you can consult all KBAs. However, when the security is enabled you have to login to consult a KBA. Every KBA can be set to public or restricted. For restricted KBAs your account has to be linked to the KBA in order to open it while public KBAs are accessible without the need to log in.
