Collapse and expand alternatives

This command hides every condition alternative and action value below the one you chose to collapse. It is used to make tables easier to view and to hide information not needed at the moment.

Collapse alternatives

To collapse an alternative, right-click the cell you want to collapse and choose Collapse. All alternatives beneath the one you selected will be hidden.

Expand alternatives

To expand a collapsed alternative, right-click the cell above the collapsed area. Choose Expand first row to restore the closest row beneath. Choose Expand all rows to restore them all. You can also double-click the collapsed area.
