Variables MD3
Create Initialisation Variable or Frame MD3
This cannot start in the properties of the table, but following the next steps.
- Create the variable or adapt an existing variable's properties. Its inference method cannot be Subtable.
- Open the properties of the table.
- In Inspector tab Specification right-click the section Initialisation Variables. Select Insert Variable. A list of variables appears.
- Double-click the desired variable, or select it and click Insert Variable.
Also a frame must be created first before destining it an initialisation frame.
- Create the frame or adapt an existing frame. The contained variables cannot have inference method Subtable.
- Open the properties of the table.
- In Inspector tab Specification right-click the section Initialisation Variables. Select Insert Frame. A list of frames appears.
- Double-click the desired frame, or select it and click Insert Frame. (Small bug: current MD3 still has button Insert Variable).
The frame merely acts as a "bundle" of variables, an ordered list. The variables are inferred starting consultation of the table. objects of the frame are not involved.
