Remove Alternative MD3

1. Select the alternative you want to delete by clicking in its cell.
2. On the keyboard press Backspace or Delete.

Now the alternative and all cells under it until the table bottom are deleted.

Alternatively you can right-click the alternative and select Delete cell(s).
