Move Condition MD3

To move a condition, do the following:

Select the condition you want to move by clicking on the condition number.
Mac: press and hold down the command key. Drag the condition to the desired location.
Windows: press and hold down the control key. Drag the condition to the desired location.

This new location must be inside the table's condition space. Also the condition alternatives are re-arranged. Still the table has the same logic.
