Remove Aggregate Frame MD3

In Navigator section Frames aggregate frames are shown in italics. Right-click the one to delete and select Delete. It could be attached to one or more frames. Then the attachments are removed. These rows in the frames now contain a variable with the same name as the deleted aggregate frame. This variable was newly created unless it existed before.
