Move Frame Row MD3

To move a frame row, do the following. FUNCTION STILL TO IMPLEMENT

1. Select the row you want to move by clicking its number at the left.
2. Mac: press and hold down the command key. Drag the row to the desired location.
3. Windows: press and hold down the control key. Drag the row to the desired location.
