Add Frame Row MD3

To add a frame row perform one of these actions:

Select a row to add a row below. Press key command-I (Mac) or key Insert (Windows). Alternatively right-click and select Insert Variable After.
Select a row to add a row above. Press key shift-command-I (Mac) or key shift-Insert (Windows). Alternatively right-click and select Insert Variable Before.
Have the frame with no row(s) selected. Right-click outside any row, eg. near the bottom. Select Add Variable at the End.
