Edit Formula MD3

If the formula properties are not yet visible in Inspector, click its name in Navigator section Formulas.

1. You can change the name. In Comments free text can be entered.
2. To add an argument do one of the next:
   • Right-click and select Add argument.
   • Click the button with the plus-sign.
3. An edit window appears. Type an argument name of only alphabetics without spaces.
4. Click button Ok.
5. Double-click the Body text field.
6. An edit window appears. Type a calculation (formula) which is complying to mathematical and arithmetic rules. Three comboboxes can help to enter parts:
   • Arguments, as you entered earlier.
   • Operators, arithmetic signs: + - * / mod ^ ( ) =
   • Functions, goniometry, logarithms, roundings and more
7. Click button Ok.

To delete an argument do one of the next:

• Right-click the argument and select Delete argument.
• Select the argument and click the button with the minus-sign.
