Switching tenant

Some environments are configured with one or more tenants. A tenant is basically a different MEWP environment with its own properties, KBAs, users and style. If more than one tenants are allowed for your user, an option to select the tenant will appear in the menu under your username.

If you want to switch a tenant, make sure that you logout first. After you logout, switch tenant and login again to see all the KBAs that you can consult.
