Change or reset password

Change password

If you are logged in, you can change your password. Click on the button on the top right corner and select Change password. A popup screen will appear where you have to fill in your current password and the new pasword. Click on Update to save the changes.

Reset password

If you lost your password, follow the following steps to reset your password:

1. Click on the Forgotten username or password? link.
2. Fill in your email and click Submit.
3. Go to your email client and open the email from Knowledge Values.
4. Click on the link in the mail to reset your password.
5. Fill in the new password twice and click Submit.

You have successfully reset your password. You can use the new password to login.
