KBA visibility
Every KBA has its own visibility setting. The visibility setting allows to restrict the KBA to desired users or make it available for everyone. The two possible options are:
- Public - the KBA will be accessible and visible to everyone. If the MEWP is configured with security, only authenticated users will have access to it.
- Restricted - The KBA will be only accessible by a group of users defined in the user's group area. The users who are not in the list won't see the KBA in the KBA's list and won't be able to consult it either.
Change KBA visibility
To change the KBA visibility, perform the following steps:
- In the overview screen, click on the button to open the settings screen of a specific KBA.
- Expand the 'Advanced Settings' tab.
- At the visibility setting, use the dropdown to change the setting.
- Click on the submit button to save the changes.
You now have successfully changed the KBA visibility.
