Change kb file

You have the possibility to change the KB file by performing the following steps:

1. In the overview screen, click on the button to open the settings screen of a specific KBA
2. In the Process KB section, do one of the following actions:
   • Existing KB: Choose an KB from the list
   • Upload new KB: Click on the browse button to select a .mplx file from your desktop and click open.
3. Click on the submit button to save the changes.

You now have successfully changed the KB file of the KBA.
