Change kb file
You have the possibility to change the KB file by performing the following steps:
- In the overview screen, click on the button to open the settings screen of a specific KBA
- In the Process KB section, do one of the following actions:
- Existing KB: Choose an KB from the list
- Upload new KB: Click on the browse button to select a .mplx file from your desktop and click open.
- Click on the submit button to save the changes.
You now have successfully changed the KB file of the KBA.
Restart the consultation to see the KB change.
