Tables

Tables

Knowledge tables are the main tools when building your knowledge-based system, because they give a good overview of your conditions and actions.

A knowledge table consists of a number of conditions (C1Cn), actions (A1An) and rules. A condition consists of a condition subject and condition alternatives. An action consists of an action subject and action values.

Together, these components represent all possible alternatives in the problem area. The condition alternatives must be exhaustive and mutually exclusive.
